Bokai barcode image generator Java component is a barcode java bean (barcode control) that generates barcode images in PNG or JPEG format without requiring your web server (e.g., Apache with Tomcat) to run in graphics mode (i.e., without X-Window). Your regular HTML pages can embed a bar code image URL (pointing to the barcode sevlet or barcode JSP file) in an IMG element without programming necessary. The barcode generator can also be used to draw directly to a Graphics object (screen or printer) in desktop Java applications. It supports rotation, fonts, colors, text positions, method to save a barcode image to a file. EULA - End User License Agreement
The software is licensed on a per machine basis. Each license allows it to be installed on a single computer - server, development or test.
Staging machines do not require separate licenses as long as they are used exclusively for staging purposes (i.e. not for testing at the same time).
If you use the software to develop desktop standalone or client applications, you may redistribute the software runtime code on a royalty free basis, as long as your applications are standalone or client applications that have significant added value; excluded specifically are server and middleware applications, programming tools, components and utility applets.
This software is provided as is and you must not hold Bokai Corporation or its suppliers liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or distribution of the software and your applications.
